To provide a solution to the above-mentioned challenge. Practical use of existing articulating sheath and catheter and wires to achieve the objective. Successful accomplishment of objective. Endovascular interventions for Peripheral arterial disease in patients with pre-existing Endovascular Aortic Repair utilizing mother-and-child sheath system have conferred success. This could be a useful technique in the armamentarium of the interventionist.
