Abstract
Objective: Due to the increase of the cesarean section deliveries (CD) the incidence of Cesarean scar pregnancy (CSP) is rising. CSP are caused by the migration of the blastocyst into the myometrium though a defect of the cesarean scar. An early diagnosis and a proper management are fundamental to prevent complications.
