Abstract
A case is presented in which endoscopy was used to perform retrograde catheterization with drainage of a pyonephrosis followed by stone basket manipulation in a patient with ileal conduit. The technique is described and recommended for access to the upper urinary tracts in the patient with an ileal conduit.
