Abstract

Introduction: EUS morphology of liver metastases from pancreatic cancer has not been described. Sparse data exist on frequency of biopsy-proven metastases not detected by previous CT. Aims: 1) Describe EUS morphology of liver metastases from primary pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDA) and neuroendocrine tumors (PNETs); 2) Report frequency of EUS detection of these lesions not seen with previous CT. Methods: We identified all liver lesions which underwent EUS-guided fine-needle aspiration (EUS-FNA) from 1/97 to 7/07.
