Abstract
Background: Pancreatic cystic lesions (PCL) are increasingly recognized with the routine use of computed tomography. The differential diagnoses vary widely from benign to malignant. Endoscopic ultrasound (EUS) and EUS-guided fine-needle aspiration (EUS-FNA) play a central role in the diagnosis and management of pancreatic cysts.
