Abstract
This is a protocol for a Cochrane Review (Intervention). The objectives are as follows: To assess the benefits and harms of cyanoacrylate sclerotherapy compared with placebo,r no intervention or other endoscopic sclerotherapy procedures in acute gastric variceal bleeding and variceal band ligation with or without vasoactive drugs in patients with portal hypertension.
