Abstract
Se trató 92 pacientes con Danazol. Se obtuvo resultados favorables en pacientes infértiles jóvenes que tenían endometriosis leve a moderada. Sin embargo, el Danazol no surte efecto cuando existen tumoraciones grandes o adherencias difusas; tales pacientes generalmente necesitarán una intervención quirúrgica. Las mujeres que han completado su familia y que tiene síntomas severos deberían ser tratadas con histerectomía.
