Abstract

In the article the latest recommendations on the management of patients with endogenous subclinical hyperthyroidism are discussed. The newest classification of subclinical hyperthyroidism, based on the levels of thyrotropin, is reviewed. Treatment tactics for this group of patients is inspected. The risk factors in non-treated patients are commented.
