Abstract
根管治疗后疾病(post-treatment endodontic disease,PED)是指根管治疗后患牙的根尖周病变未愈合或出现新的根尖周病变,病理学特征主要表现为根尖周组织的炎症[1].研究发现,约35%～93%的牙在根管治疗后出现PED,有PED的患牙经再次根管治疗的成功率仅为40%～85%左右.了解PED的病因、诊断和治疗方法将有助于提高PED的治疗成功率。
