Abstract

A case report is presented documenting gemination involving a maxillary second molar and describes its endodontic treatment. Variations in tooth morphology are discussed. Endodontists should be aware of the great variety of pulp canal morphology in maxillary molars, especially when alterations in crown morphology are noted.
