Abstract

The conflict Palestinians and Israelis living continues without significant progress on the parties, and despite the attempts of the international community to achieve a lasting peace remains. In the region have increased fundamentalism, those which have led to an increasing spiral of violence and terrorism in the region. However, the safety and effectiveness of human rights remains essential and necessary for lasting agreements. The State of Israel can have an important role in the support and protection of human rights in the region, through the doctrine of the Supreme Court of Israel. So the answer is not in the traditional paradigms of international relations, but the solution should be based from the law and the recognition of it.
