Abstract
The article provides data on the new design of encapsulated cartridge case for sniper cartridges for high-precision sniper complexes. The encapsulated sleeve is considered as a device, the change in the design and parameters of which significantly change the reliability of the operation of sniper cartridges of high-precision sniper complexes. The design of the proposed capsule sleeve and the method of manufacturing a three-lobed anvil for this sleeve are protected by patents of the Russian Federation. The design of a sniper cartridge with this sleeve is also proposed, which allows to unify the size of the capsular socket for various brands of sniper cartridges. The results of field tests of the new design of the encapsulated sleeve are presented.
