Abstract

Aus der Luft gegriffen: Die hoch enantioselektive Oxidation von 3,4-substituierten meso-Pyrrolidinen zu Δ1-Pyrrolinen wird beschrieben. Die Reaktion wird durch die Monoaminoxidase aus Aspergillus niger (MAO-N D5) katalysiert und verwendet molekularen Sauerstoff aus der Luft als stöchiometrisches Oxidationsmittel. Die Δ1-Pyrroline dienen als Bausteine für die Synthese von L-Prolin-Analoga und α-Aminonitrilen mit hoher Enantiomerenreinheit.
