The concept of a virtual university hospital center is the combination of the contributions of e-health and e-learning in healthcare. It is based on innovative and advanced use of digital technologies, broadband, WIFI, mobile tools, platforms, digital communication, augmented reality, gamification, social networks. It now seems conceivable to create a universal virtual UHC WEB3.0, linking hospitals and universities of health, digitized and virtual, all over the world, interconnected in the form of vast networks, multipolar, multi-lingual, multi-thematic, and transdisciplinary. This "VIRTUAL UHC WEB 3.0", can become a wonderful tool, pragmatic, efficient, economically profitable, and solidary.
