Abstract

The purpose of this research was to analyze the strategies of innovative entrepreneurship for the benefit ofprofessional training in apprentices, theoretically supported by the contributions of O’Connor (2018), DePablo & Uribe (2017), López (2009), Oslo Manual (2006), Frascati Manual (2002), Praveen (2015), amongothers. The type of research was defined as descriptive with a quantitative positivist approach, the design wastypified as field, non-experimental, descriptive and transectional. A measuring instrument, was designed asa survey, developed on the basis of a fixed list of multiple-choice questions using Likert scale. The validityof the instrument was determined through the expert judgment technique. In this sense, the informationwas organized, tabulated and subject to treatment by statistical techniques. The population was made upof apprentices of the technical and technological training programs of the Industrial and Alternative EnergyCenter of the National Learning Service - SENA, Guajira Regional. As a result, it can be concluded that bothSENA and the educational institutions have the challenge of promoting the generation of innovationsthrough research and technological development, providing the academic community with the necessaryskills in entrepreneurship and innovation to generate business ideas capable of encouraging the creation ofnew companies.
