Abstract

Abstract. Fulfillment of food for each individual is expected to be increased through optimizing various processed home and agricultural products by increasing the added value of products and optimizing the marketing management. To date, agricultural and garden products have not been optimized so that often at each harvest, prices cannot compete and are not commensurate with the costs incurred for the process of planting and caring for plants. This problem is also faced by the Wastu Kencana Women Farmer Group (KWT) in Hamlet IV Krembangan, Panjatan, Kulonprogo. The abundance of agricultural products in the form of pumpkin fruit has not been used optimally to improve the family economy. Therefore, practical training was held so that pumpkins could become products with high added value. The training methods used in this program were discussions, demonstrations and hands-on practice by members of the Wastu Kencana KWT. Additionally, counseling was also carried out in the areas of organizational management, finance, and marketing, as well as enhancing the spirit of entrepreneurship.
