Abstract

This research discussed the major transformations in the communicative environment and the integration of media with the enormous interactive power of technology and its impact on the newsroom and forms of television news coverage and a number of factors affectingthe production of television news.
 It aimed to reveal the importance of employing digital media in the television news production, and to identify the impact of the digital media on the communicator in the television news production, and to criticize that through the descriptive approach, and the use of observation, interview, and questionnaire tools, which were designed for experts and specialists in the field.
 The data was statistically employed using the Statistical Sanctity Program for Social Sciences (SPSS) and the research concluded with results, the most important of which is emphasizing the importance of verifying the information received in newsrooms through the digital media, and that the digital media has news content and information density, which allows news channels to employ them informatively and programmatically. And that the serious media instilled the press ahead of the news channels with its imitative and revolutionary coverage of events, and sometimes led them to give precedence to the accuracy, and that the news channels and the digital media assembled news through their beneficial pages, documented official pages, activists, pages, and social media sites to separate from Citizen Journalists.
