Abstract

Employee loyalty can be best described in terms of process, where certain attitudes give rise to certain behaviours (intended or actual). There have been major changes in the business world and the workforce in the last couple of decades. Finding and retaining the best employees is every company's challenge. Many measures support that employee loyalty is a factor in employee motivation, employee goal achievement and productive success of your business. The underlying influencing factors of loyalty emerged from this study are job security, benefits, better working environment and skill development opportunity. This paper also deals with various ways by which one can improve employee loyalty.
