Abstract

This study aimed to describe the frequency experience of workplace incivility and perception occupational burnout of Fast Distribution Corporation-Sales and Operations and Finance employees. This is to make recommendations on how to reduce symptoms and risk and impact of burnout and on how to develop, execute; promote a portfolio of civil workplace behaviors towards instilling and imbuing workplace civility within the organization. The data was gathered through survey questionnaires using a purposive sampling of participants from Fast Distribution Corporation employees. In conclusion, employees experience less incivility and do not affect their perception of burn-out. Their experience in the company is enough to satisfy or dissatisfy them. Such responses do not guarantee positive experience thus it could also lead to dissatisfaction. Keywords : workplace incivility, occupational burnout, fast distribution corporation
