PurposeThis paper aims to review the latest management developments across the globe and pinpoint practical implications from cutting-edge research and case studies.Design/methodology/approachThis briefing is prepared by an independent writer who adds their own impartial comments and places the articles in context.FindingsMindfulness was positively related to readiness to change and also to well-being. It was negatively related to distress. Readiness to change was positively related to well-being and negatively related to distress. 10;Both well-being and distress moderated the effect of mindfulness on readiness for change.
