Abstract
Employee motivation is the vital element in making employees get attached towards an organization. The main aim of this study is to identify the factors that influence motivational behaviour among employees in a public sector organization. The research design used in this study is descriptive in nature and thus 310 employees were selected for the study. The sampling procedure used in this study is unrestricted or simple random sampling. A well-structured questionnaire comprising of close-ended questions were used. Analysis and interpretation were drawn from the collected data. Based on the findings of the study, the researcher has drawn a few suggestions for consideration of the management and concludes the research with a positive note.
