INTRODUCTION

One of the most important functions of management is to create willingness amongst the employees to perform in the best of their abilities. The role of a leader is to arouse interest in performance of employees in their jobs. A Manager feels challenge to Motivate the people in their respective job because this Motivation relates with that Internal forces which direct the people to act in a particular way to get something or satisfy their needs. Imagine having an employee who is not motivated at work. They will probably use the time at their desk surfing the internet for personal pleasure or even looking for another job.
