Abstract
The 21st century is characterised by rapid changes in every field, more so in engineering education spectrum. The employability of engineering graduates are being discussed worldwide. This paper presents a few of the employability skills-set expected by the employers from fresh engineering students. It further gives a brief account of the engineering student perceptions – their strong areas and weak areas within this skills-set.
