Abstract

Recently, China began to enter the late stage of industrialization, and the industrial structure is shifting from industry to service industry. China has entered the stage of comprehensive opening up and shifted its focus from goods trade to services trade. Through the empirical analysis of the export volume of China’s trade in producer services from 1997 to 2017, this paper studies how FDI, R&D expenditure, export volume of goods trade, industrial added value, openness of trade in producer services and per capita GDP affect the development of China’s trade in producer services.
