Abstract
In this paper, using factor analysis and SPSS15.0 software, the author selected 16 original indicators to comprehensively evaluate the technology innovation capability of Bohai Rim region. The results indicate that there are many differences in the technology innovation capability among various provinces and cities in Bohai Rim region. So, in order to enhance the technology innovation capability of Bohai Rim region, we should increase the R&D input, improve the effectiveness of technology innovation, promote technology transfer and diffusion, adjust and optimize industrial structure, thus promoting the coordinated development of regional economy.
