Abstract

With the development of information technology, the online learning methods of students are starting to be a trend. Therefore, the organization of offline classroom becomes more crucial. Now, the flipped classroom mode has become an optional offline studying method, which means students can take advantages of online videos, podcasts, e-books and online forums to study independently, while teachers play the role of communication and guidance. This paper takes the Internet Finance course as an example to study the teaching effect of flipped classroom teaching mode, by comparing the student activities, teacher activities and course grades under different teaching modes. It is concluded that the flipped classroom teaching mode is more diversified and interactive, and teachers can use time in class more efficiently, which has a positive influence on students’ performance. In general, the flipped classroom mode plays a strong demonstration and guidance role in the teaching reform of Internet Finance course, also for other financial courses with strong practicability, flipped classroom may be a wise choice.
