Abstract

China is a large agricultural country. With the rapid development of agricultural high-tech enterprises, agricultural high-tech enterprises have become the agricultural high-tech industry entity, but also become the core strength of promoting Chinese agricultural development. So, the development of agricultural high-tech enterprises is the decision of conversion from agricultural high-tech to productive forces. In order to improve competitiveness in the market, we need to find out the main factors affecting corporate value, to provide an effective way for enhancing the value of agricultural high-tech enterprises. From the perspective of the value chain can analyses the factors affecting the value of agricultural high-tech enterprises more comprehensive and systematic, which can provide a new mentality of research on the drivers of enterprise value. For this reason, this paper selects the data of 2012 of the agricultural high-tech listed company as sample from the perspective of the traditional value chain. Then use multiple linear regression analysis and factor analysis as the empirical analysis method. The results show that the auxiliary support activities are more effective to enterprise value than the basic activities. Besides, among those segments, infrastructure and production operations are the maximum impact, followed by the internal logistical and technical development. At last, put forward relevant suggestions for enhance the value of agricultural high-tech enterprises according to the result, which has a very important significance for the Chinese agricultural high-tech enterprises to enhance corporate value and achieve business goals better.
