Abstract
According to the characteristics of China's development from the 17th Party Congress, this paper gives new meaning to the new-type industrialization,constructing a type of evaluating index system which can effectively reflect the characteristics of new-type industrialization, using the data of Nanjing as an example to have an empirical research, using synthetical index method to obtain the progress of new-type industrialization of Nanjing.
