Abstract
Industry collaborative innovation is an open industry innovation system, which has three dimensions including industrial chain collaboration innovation, inter-industry collaboration innovation and industry-university-research collaboration innovation. Industrial chain collaboration innovation and inter-industry collaboration innovation constitutes the collaborative innovation body subsystem with enterprises as the mainstay. Industry-university-research collaboration innovation constitutes the industry collaborative innovation external environment subsystem. Two subsystems interact, which promotes industrial collaborative innovation system evolving. In this paper, we carry out empirical research of the strategic emerging industries collaborative innovation based on the order parameter, making the new materials industry in Southern Jiangsu as an example, finding that the synergy-degree is still at a low level. Based on Social Network Analysis, we conduct empirical analysis on the strategic emerging industry collaborative innovation, finding that tightness between the main bodies of the network is not high. Finally, put forward some countermeasures.
