Abstract
The energy dependence of total cross sections and total elastic cross sections has been examined for protons, antiprotons, kaons, pions and photons. This dependence is very well expressed in terms of the c.m. velocity β = 2 P∗/√s. Some comments are made on the relationship to Regge theory.
