Empirical Analysis of Supply and Demand in Low-Carbon Agricultural Science and Technology Service

Abstract

Based on investigation of farmers and agricultural technicians in Sichuan Province different regions, this thesis analyzes demand willingness and contents, supply channels of low-carbon agricultural sci-tech knowledge, service mode, incentive mechanism, influencing factors of agricultural science and technology entering household, evaluates service level technical force and technological function of farmers' specialized cooperative. The research shows that the agricultural science and technology service supplies serious shortage and can not satisfy the needs of low-carbon agricultural development. The paper puts forward measures to realize supply-demand equilibrium of science and technology service, such as increasing public goods supply of agricultural science and technology service, promoting agricultural science and technology work to enter household, strengthening channel construction of modern agricultural science and technology, giving full play to farmers' specialized cooperative technological function, perfecting incentive mechanism of agricultural science and technology service.
