Abstract

Everybody needs self care at some point in their life. In this article, various emotional self care methods are suggested that can be executed in our lives. It benefits an individual in a way that he can manage his emotional health on his own and without the help of a counselor. This article improves our understanding of this beneficial concept and how we can inculcate emotionally healthy lifestyle habits by way of spending few hours a day on ourselves.
