Abstract

The article studies how emotional intelligence influences the psychological and social well-being of students. The components of emotional intelligence have been found to be positively associated with the psychological and social well-being of students. It has been revealed that such components of emotional intelligence as understanding emotions, managing one’s own and others’ emotions have the greatest impact on psychological and social well-being.
