Abstract

The wave vector dependence of the allowed electric dipole transition between exciton molecule and exciton states has been calculated, and shown to be important for exciton molecules with large radius. For indirect gap materials, this wave vector dependence is essential in order to get a sharp peak in the emission spectrum of exciton molecules.
