Abstract

Acute abdomen in pregnancy is difficult to diagnose dues to lack of typical symptoms and signs, and pregnant physiological and anatomical changes. Acute abdomen in pregnancy develops quickly and even threated to the life of mother and fetus. The therapeutic schedules, which depend on the categories of acute abdomen, included multidisciplinary collaboration, weighing the pros and cons of the mother and fetus, and individualized treatment.
