Abstract

The injure of people's lives, damage of property, and breakdown of infrastructure have been caused by various frequently emergencies. More and more experts and scholars at home and abroad have studied and discussed the optimization decision-making of emergency rescue. Considering the decision-making influencing factors in the process of emergency rescue, a variety of mathematical programming models are constructed, such as emergency facilities location, allocation of emergency resources, location-routing problem and other comprehensive optimization problems. According to the modeling types and characteristics, this paper summarizes the relevant emergency rescue network optimization models and algorithms, analyzes the limitations of the emergency modeling at present, and looks forward to the future research of the emergency rescue network activity chain, in order to lay a theoretical foundation for the future research to better promote the development of emergency model building and make better emergency decisions and rescue plans.
