Abstract

Female cancer survivors are at risk for unintended pregnancy as estimating fertility after cancer is challenging and family planning (FP) counseling in the context of comorbidities is complex. The rates of unintended pregnancy and emergency contraception (EC) use in cancer survivors are not well characterized. We assessed the frequency of unintended pregnancy and EC use in this population and sought to identify clinical factors associated with EC use.
