Abstract

Moreover, many motorized vehicle users do not have sufficient knowledge to deal with their motor vehicle problems if they have problems in the middle of the road, especially if the motorized vehicle has problems outside of working hours or on holidays. They do not know who to contact and what to do, especially outside working hours or on technician's holidays, all workshops cannot be contacted. the purpose of writing to overcome these problems requires a high-tech assistance system for motorized vehicle users, technicians, repair shops, spare parts shops, car tow services and taxis in an integrated application so that they can solve motor vehicle users who experience problems in the middle of the road such as down, flat tires and the ignorance or lack of knowledge of vehicle users about handling problematic vehicles. This emergency call management system starts from vehicle users who experience vehicle problems in the middle of the road both during working hours and outside working hours, even in the middle of the night. The way it works is also very easy, vehicle users simply press the SOS button in the application which will automatically notify technicians close to the location, including workshop support, spare parts shops and even tow truck services, if needed. With this application, it will be very helpful for motorized vehicle users who have problems in the middle of the trip.
