AbstractElectricity (MIC: 7.1 SIC: 911 NAIC: 21122)Emera is an energy and services company, with its core business being electricity. Co. operates two regulated utility subsidiaries in northeast North America: Nova Scotia Power and Bangor Hydro‐Electric ‐ that together account for over 90.0% of Co.'s revenues. In addition, Co. owns a 12.9% equity interest in the Maritimes & Northeast Pipeline, which delivers Nova Scotia's offshore natural gas to markets in Maritime Canada and New England. Emera Fuels is a full service fuel oil company, and an extension of the Emera brand into complimentary businesses along the energy value chain.
