Abstract
Reverberation chambers (RCs) have been widely used in electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and over-the-air (OTA) testing in recent years. In this talk, we are going to present recent progress on this area. It will include the fundamental theory of RC, its applications in EMC and OTA, and fast calibration methods. Particular attentions will be given to the measurement technologies for radiated susceptibility testing, total radiated power (TRP), total isotropic sensitivity (TIS), and antenna efficiency measurements. Uncertainty analysis and fast calibration methods will be presented. Examples from Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics (NUAA) and University of Liverpool (UoL) will be presented. Potentially new applications of RCs will also be explored.
