Abstract
It would also be of interest to investigate whether there is a difference between strains with regard to the induction of mutations. The simplest method of determining this would be to study the frequency of dominant lethal mutations caused by irradiation in the spermatozoa. The present investigation has therefore been limited to a study of this type of mutation, expressed as an increased mortality among F1 fetuses.
