Abstract

Objective: Multiple pregnancies constitute a very important public health issue in IVF since they are associated to a number of complications for the newborn. Moreover, they could be prevented by simply reducing the number of transferred embryos. However, this also leads to a decrease in pregnancy rate (PR), which can be unacceptable for the couples. Thus, it is important to determine an adapted transfer policy to each couple.
