Abstract

With the continuous development of Internet technology, the function of Internet, Internet of things, cloud computing, big data and other new generation of information technology in the tourism industry, smart system shows its great importance in development of World Cultural Heritage Site. Based on the case study of Luoyang Longmen Grottoes in Henan Province of China, this paper makes systematic frame on the development and transformation of smart system. Rost Content Mining 6 are used to make statistics and analysis of the high-frequency words of the WeChat official account “Longmen Grottoes” and image perception analysis of the current Longmen Grottoes image of smart system development in tourism destinations. Then a field investigation of the Longmen Grottoes is carried out to make analysis reconfirm. Through summing up the four dimensions of smart service, smart experience, smart management, and smart marketing in smart systematic frame, it further studies the pros and cons in the development Longmen Grottoes and puts forward corresponding smart system strategies.
