Embrace new approach to planning, communication to stay connected, effective through challenging times

Abstract

Before COVID‐19 hit, the day‐to‐day work of running a college athletics department required lots of planning and communication. But once the pandemic impacted college sports, planning and communication presented unfamiliar challenges for college athletics administrators everywhere, including Doug Spiwak, Director of Athletics at Harper College, who first began working in college athletics in 1982.
