Abstract

Embedding Optical Microcavities in Nanoporous SiO2 Film Since the transparent SiO2 nanoparticle aggregate film with a nanoporous network allows a polymer or dye solution to penetrate well, it is possible to embed a micro-optical structure such as a WGM microcavity laser inside the film by a printing method such as inkjet.
