Abstract

This paper describes a supervision system for photovoltaic power plants. Data from devices of photovoltaic plant are collected and analyzed monitoring the plant behavior. The supervision system can control the device varying their functionality. It integrates different features which are usually demanded to single separated subsystems and specific functionality devoted to the security of the installations. The supervision system was tested on real plant and on a simulator based on a network of emulated nodes. Results about tests, real case and simulated are provided.
