Abstract
In order to realize the intelligent test of thermal expansion, the overall design scheme of the thermal expansion test system is given, the test platform of the thermal expansion test system is constructed, and the single-neuron PID control algorithm is used to control the heating rate of the electric furnace by using the microcontroller, the upper computer software is written by using Python, the data transmission between the upper computer and the microcontroller is made through the software, and the real-time acquisition of temperature and displacement signals is realized. The software enables data transfer between the upper computer and the microcontroller, real-time acquisition, storage, and analysis of temperature and displacement signals, and it is able to meet the requirements of practical engineering tests.
