Abstract

Ectopic pregnancy is one of the main causes of mortality among pregnant women. It occurs due to the installation and development of the blastocyst outside the endometrial cavity. Cervical ectopic pregnancies are the least common type of ectopic pregnancy. We report the unpublished case of a cervical ectopic twin pregnancy with a gestational age of 12.4 weeks; a practically undocumented experience in the literature consulted. The particularities in the form of presentation hindered its rapid diagnosis, but the treatment was executed on time and saved the mother's life.
