Abstract

The concept of neutral inclusion is introduced into the design of the ellipsoidal camouflage device which can work under both the thermal and the electric field. After detailed derivation, the general formulas for searching an ellipsoidal bifunctional camouflage device are achieved. Simulations have been conducted to verify the effectiveness of the theoretical results. Since the simulated results comply well with the theoretical analysis, the concept of neutral inclusion will open a new window to the development of the multi-physical camouflage device.
