Abstract
<p>In this paper we have tried to analyze the cohesive aspect of elliptical constructions that people use in language in order to communicate with each other fluently and without interference. In the light of this, we described the forms of cohesion, ellipsis, and the situational integration of these phenomena within the literary genre, and the ways in which their contents ensure textuality. Special attention is paid to the dominant form of these connections in literature, which are explained in detail through illustrative examples taken from such texts.
